1. Select the apartment on this site

For this please check out the apartment by city. Once you have chosen 1-2 apartments please fill up the reservation form and send it to us.

2. Reservation and Rental Agreement

Once you have notified us of your wish, we will let you know immediately if the apartment is available for your requested period and will email you the amount of initial payment, final payment and security deposit, and when those amounts are due.

3. Acknowledgment

Once we have received your initial payment, we will send you an email with a rental agreement that will have all tthe necessary information (apartment street address, building entry codes, name of the owner, apartment's telephone number..). We will also ask you to fill out this rental agreement, initial and sign it before returning it by fax. Don't forget to give us your flight and arrival time.

4. Final payment

You may pay the due balance when arriving at the apartment in Euro.

5. Upon your arrival

The Owner of the rental or the Manager of the unit, will be waiting for you at the apartment. If your flight is delayed, don't worry! Since we have your flight information, the owner will be informed of your status in real time and be at the apartment right on time.
